     What is the LMFT program?
Loyal Member Fast Track is a unique strategy to grow your membership quickly and keep members longer.

We’ve tested the approach across multiple industries for both nonprofits and commercial businesses and as mentioned in the American Orchid Society case study above, we’ve tested and refined the approach again and again for over 4 years.

We’re finally turning our unique strategy into a 12-week workshop to help more organizations grow their membership.

     How will the training be delivered?
Pre-recorded training lessons will be added to the learning management system each week so you can watch and implement at your convenience.

We will have one group coaching call each week to answer questions, assist with challenges, and adapt the training to your specific situation. Zoom will be used for the live calls. You can send in questions ahead of the weekly call, and all calls will be recorded and added to the system within 24 hours.

     Can more than one member attend?
Each organization will have a single login to the learning management system, and you can have a few implementation members access the training.

Live calls should only be attended by one member from each organization, but the member can change throughout the program as desired. The rest of your implementation team can access the live call recordings in the learning management system.

     What is the schedule for the weekly live calls?
We will survey participating organizations before the training to see what day and time works best for the overall group. We’re keeping each cohort relatively small to ensure each organization has opportunities to ask questions and get answers about their situation.

     What is the expected time commitment each week?
While this is a 12-week program, you can proceed at your own pace. You get 12 weeks of live coaching and support, plus recordings of the live calls.

Those recordings will likely have the same questions you would ask when you get further along in the program.
